Organic Durum Wheat Pasta
Produced with stone-milled organic durum wheat semolina, our pasta is bronze-drawn and processed and dried at a temperature below 42 °C. Unlike common semolina, semolina contains wheat germ which is extremely rich in nutrients: amino acids, fatty acids, mineral salts, B vitamins, tocopherols, omega 3 andomega 6.
It is recommended to cook it in abundant salted water, mixing it only a few times, and to appreciate its intense aroma already during cooking.
